Please submit a diagram of the proposed project in relation to already existing structures including present dimensions and property line setbacks of all existing and proposed structures and improvements to the Architecture Chairperson. File size limit: 10 MB.

Pursuant to Article IV, Section 3 of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for the Lots in Glenhollow Estates, (which you signed along with all those other papers at closing) the Architectural Control Committee reserves the right to require the submission of additional plans and specifications pertaining to any proposed project if the committee deems it necessary for the complete and accurate review of any such application. This permit becomes null and void if work or constructions authorized is not commenced within 180 days or if construction or work is suspended or abandoned for a period of 180 days at any time after work is commenced.
